Year 1 Visit to Aldenham County Park

Year 1 Visit to Aldenham Country Park – Wednesday 2^nd April 2025

 

I am pleased to let you know that we have arranged a trip to Aldenham Country Park for our Year 1 pledge trip.

We will be leaving at approximately 9.00am and travelling by coach, returning to school for pick up at the end of the school day.

As part of the Universal Free School Meals programme, all children will be provided with a packed lunch, this will still need to be ordered via the Swift Kitchen App. Should your child wish to bring a packed lunch from home, please indicate this on the reply slip below.  Please send your child to school with a small rucksack so they can carry their lunch easily. School uniform is to be worn, and a suitable outdoor coat.

The cost to the school per child is £20.00, however school will be subsidising part of the trip and we do request a voluntary contribution of £10.00 to cover the remaining cost. If we do not get enough parents contributing the trip may not go ahead.

Please confirm your child’s attendance by completing and returning the permission slip below by Friday 21^st March 2025. Please log onto Arbor parent portal app to make payment of £10.00
